ISO 27001 standards for information
After having completed the required accreditation tests, Synerion Systems has been certified as meeting ISO 27001 standards for information.
Standard ISO 27001 for information security management systems defines the systematic, functional principles and best practice guidelines, for the creation, management and maintenance of an information security system that is suitable for an organization.
Certification for an information security management system demonstrates that the organization takes the necessary steps to realize its commitment to protect its information and to manage it effectively.
Compliance with the standard indicates that Synerion identified and managed risks to the information, defined all the necessary information security controls, developed disaster recovery capabilities and business continuity, and implemented learning processes, lessons-learning and developed an ongoing process for improvement.
Having completed the required audit procedures, Synerion has been also certified as meeting SOC compliance requirements for information security.
SOC (Service Organization Controls) defines audit procedures and criteria, that ensures that Synerion, as your service provider, securely manage your data online.
Developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), SOC defines criteria for managing customer data based on five “trust service principles”—security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.
Compliance with SOC requirements assures that Synerion manage its customers’ data: transmission, storage, maintenance, processing and cancellation/deletion, according to the highest security standards, while maintaining confidentiality and protecting their interests and privacy.
The ISO 27001 certifications and SOC compliance, as well as the penetration tests conducted for our cloud human resources management systems, are a significant step in this area, as part of the company’s constant improvement in conduct and information security of our cloud products.
